Yes, you may cancel your withdrawal request if the request status says pending.
Please follow the steps below to cancel your request:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Expand the Funds tab in the Trader's Menu.
- Click Transactions History
- Click the Cancel Withdrawal button under the pending transactions.
If you cancel withdrawal a request(s) from your MAM investor account, please check the MAM portal after the cancellation. If your funds are not back to the account balance on the MAM portal, please contact our support team and let us know if you wish to restart MAM trading.
